Gift

If you would like to give YOONSI as a gift

Give someone you care about a moment of restful comfort.

You can gift all our services, including Head Spa, Facial Spa, makeup, makeup classes, and Memberships.

Gift certificate options

Pay at the shop to receive a carefully wrapped physical gift certificate.
If you cannot visit, physical certificates can be delivered by post. Shipping costs ₩3,000.
Mobile gift certificates are also available. They are sent by text message, so you can give a gift without visiting.

Booking and use

For service or class gift certificates, select “Use a gift certificate” when booking on NAVER. The ₩30,000 deposit is returned in full after normal use.
If you are using a gifted Membership, Membership booking rules apply and no separate deposit is required.
One-time service gift certificates must be used in full during one visit. Multi-session classes can be taken across the allotted sessions within their validity period. Memberships are used by deducting from the balance within the validity period of the plan.
You may switch to another service of the same price.
You pay the difference only when choosing a higher-priced service or an add-on.
If prices change, you can still use the gifted service within its validity period without an additional charge.
Changes and cancellations for service or class gift certificates follow the general booking rules; gifted Memberships follow the Membership rules.

Validity

One-time service gift certificates: six months from the issue date. If requested within one month before expiry, they may be extended once to one month after the original expiry date.
Makeup classes: the first lesson must begin within six months of issue, and the class can be used for three months from the first lesson.
Membership gifts: six months from issue for Type 1, and twelve months for Types 2 and 3.

Expired gift certificates lapse automatically and cannot be used.

Refunds and transfers

A full refund is available only for unused gift certificates within seven days of issue.
Refunds are not available after seven days from issue.
You may freely transfer a gift certificate to family or friends.

Before your visit

Please bring your physical gift certificate when using it.
Lost physical gift certificates cannot easily be reissued.
Mobile gift certificates can be used after we check the serial number in the text message.
