If you would like to give YOONSI as a gift
Give someone you care about a moment of peaceful rest.
All our services can be given as gifts, including Head Spa, Facial Spa, makeup, makeup classes, and membership.
Gift vouchers
- When you pay at the studio, we carefully wrap your physical gift voucher.
- If you cannot visit, we can send a physical voucher by parcel delivery. The delivery fee is ₩3,000.
- Mobile gift vouchers are also available. They are sent by text message, making it easy to give a gift without visiting the studio.
Booking and use
- Book through NAVER and select “Use a gift voucher” when making your reservation.
- A ₩30,000 booking deposit is required and is refunded in full after your visit is completed as booked.
- The gift voucher must be used in full on one occasion.
- You may switch to another service of the same value.
- If you choose a service with a different price, you only need to pay the additional difference.
- Even if service prices change, you can enjoy the gifted service at no additional cost within the voucher’s validity period.
- The usual reservation policy applies to booking changes and cancellations.
Validity
- General services: 6 months from the date of issue.
- Makeup classes: The first lesson must begin within 6 months of the date of issue. Classes may be used for 3 months from the first lesson.
- Membership: The validity period of the selected membership applies.
Expired gift vouchers lapse automatically and can no longer be used.
Refunds and transfers
- A full refund is available within 7 days of the date of issue.
- Refunds are not available after 7 days.
- You may freely transfer the voucher to family or friends.
Before your visit
- Please bring your physical gift voucher when using it.
- Lost physical vouchers cannot normally be reissued.
- Mobile vouchers can be used after the serial number in the text message has been verified.
