Policy summary

Booking request and confirmation

The deposit for regular and gift-certificate guests is ₩30,000 per person.

If payment is not confirmed within two hours after the booking request, the request is automatically canceled.

Membership guests do not pay a separate deposit. Guests using a gifted membership also follow the membership-guest rules.

For a single-service gift certificate, the full deposit is returned after normal use once the physical certificate is collected or the mobile or internally recorded certificate is confirmed as used. For a multi-session class gift certificate, the deposit for each booking is returned in full after normal attendance at the booked session is confirmed.

Changes and cancellations

Weekday bookings may be changed or canceled by 5:00 PM on the previous day. Weekend and public-holiday bookings may be changed or canceled by 5:00 PM two days before.

Changes and cancellations after the deadline

₩30,000 is deducted from the deposit or membership balance.

If changes or cancellations occur consecutively, ₩30,000 is deducted from the second consecutive change or cancellation onward, even when the request is made before the deadline.

Same-day cancellation and no-show

For regular and gift-certificate guests, the ₩30,000 deposit is deducted. The gift certificate itself is not marked as used.

For membership guests, the full price of the booked program or the applicable session is deducted.

Only the same-day rule applies to a same-day cancellation or no-show; ₩30,000 is not deducted twice.

Future bookings may be restricted.

Late arrival

If a regular or gift-certificate guest is at least 10 minutes late, or a membership guest is at least 20 minutes late, ₩30,000 is deducted from the deposit or membership balance.

Depending on the next booking, the service may be unavailable or changed to a shorter course.

Every service begins with entry at the booked time. Early entry and waiting inside are not available.

Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

This policy explains the standards for booking and using YOONSI services so that guests and YOONSI can respect one another’s time and safety.

Article 2 (Scope)

  1. This policy applies to Head Spa, Facial Spa, Makeup, Makeup Class, and the related booking and visit procedures offered at YOONSI.
  2. Services whose schedule, location, number of participants, and scope are arranged separately—such as Wedding Makeup, Business Production Makeup, and Professional Training—are also governed by the individual terms confirmed after consultation.
  3. The current price, composition, and duration shown on each service page apply.

Article 3 (Definitions)

  1. A “regular guest” books a service without using a membership or gift certificate.
  2. A “gift-certificate guest” books with a physical, mobile, or internally recorded gift certificate issued by YOONSI. Guests using a gifted membership, however, follow the membership-guest rules.
  3. A “membership guest” uses a valid YOONSI membership.
  4. A “deposit” is the amount paid in advance by a regular or gift-certificate guest to confirm a booking request.

Chapter 2. Operations and Booking

Article 4 (Operating days and booking times)

  1. Standard operating days are Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday are closed.
  2. The standard first booking begins at 1:00 PM and the last at 6:00 PM. These are not the shop’s opening and closing hours; the actual finishing time depends on the selected course.
  3. Check NAVER Booking for current availability and temporary closures.

Article 5 (Booking channels)

  1. Apply for Head Spa and Facial Spa through the “Head & Facial Spa” NAVER Booking channel.
  2. Apply for Makeup and Makeup Class through the “Makeup & Class” NAVER Booking channel.
  3. The “Membership Booking Page” is a separate booking channel for membership guests. Check NAVER Booking for actual availability; the page being visible does not mean that additional bookings are always available.
  4. Ask about Wedding Makeup, Business Production Makeup, and Professional Training through an official consultation channel. An inquiry alone does not confirm a service.

Article 6 (Standard daily capacity)

YOONSI normally welcomes two guests per day. Check NAVER Booking for actual availability.

Article 7 (Consultation and contact)

  1. You may contact YOONSI by text message to the safe-number service, LINE, the KakaoTalk channel, Instagram direct message to @yoonsinatural, or NAVER TalkTalk. No channel is given priority.
  2. Calls may be difficult to answer during services, on closed days, or outside operating hours. Leave a message through any of the channels above, and YOONSI will reply in order after checking it.
  3. Inquiries may be submitted at any time, but replies are handled in order on business days and during operating hours. An immediate reply or a reply within a fixed period is not guaranteed.
  4. For Wedding Makeup, Business Production Makeup, or Professional Training inquiries that require schedules or documents, a separately provided brand email may be used as a supplementary channel. Schedule, scope, and price are confirmed only through individual consultation and agreement.

Article 8 (Foreign-language assistance)

  1. YOONSI communicates directly in Korean.
  2. Translation tools are used for inquiries in English, Japanese, and Chinese, so replies may take longer while meaning is checked. Fluency in a foreign language or real-time interpretation is not promised.

Chapter 3. Deposits and Booking Changes

Article 9 (Deposit)

  1. The deposit for regular and gift-certificate guests is ₩30,000 per person.
  2. If payment is not confirmed within two hours after a booking request, the request is canceled and must be submitted again.
  3. Membership guests do not pay a separate deposit.
  4. For a single-service gift certificate, the full deposit is returned after normal use once the physical certificate is collected or the mobile or internally recorded certificate is confirmed as used. For a multi-session class gift certificate, the deposit for each booking is returned in full after normal attendance at the booked session is confirmed.
  5. Deposit payment details are sent in an individual message after the booking request. Bank-account details are not displayed on the public site.

Article 10 (Deadline for changes and cancellations)

  1. A weekday booking may be changed or canceled by 5:00 PM on the day before the booking.
  2. A weekend or public-holiday booking may be changed or canceled by 5:00 PM two days before the booking.

Article 11 (Changes and cancellations after the deadline)

  1. A change or cancellation after the Article 10 deadline results in a ₩30,000 deduction from the deposit or membership balance.
  2. If changes or cancellations occur consecutively, ₩30,000 is deducted from the second consecutive change or cancellation onward, even when the request is made within the Article 10 deadline.
  3. For a same-day cancellation, only Article 12 applies. The ₩30,000 charge under paragraph 1 or 2 is not added separately to the same booking.

Article 12 (Same-day cancellation and no-show)

  1. For a regular or gift-certificate guest, a same-day cancellation or no-show results in deduction of the ₩30,000 deposit. The gift certificate itself is not marked as used.
  2. For a membership guest, the full price of the booked program or the applicable session is deducted from the membership.
  3. Future bookings may be restricted after a same-day cancellation or no-show.

Article 13 (Late arrival)

  1. When a regular or gift-certificate guest is at least 10 minutes late, or a membership guest is at least 20 minutes late, ₩30,000 is deducted from the deposit or membership balance and is not returned or restored.
  2. Depending on the next booking, the service may be unavailable that day or changed to a shorter course.
  3. Late arrival alone does not automatically restrict future bookings.

Chapter 4. Visits and Use

Article 14 (On-time entry)

  1. Every service and class admits guests at the booked time.
  2. The shop is compact. While the previous guest is being served or the next course is being prepared, early entry and waiting inside are not available. If you arrive early, please wait nearby and visit at the booked time.

Article 15 (Bookings for two and companions)

  1. For two people to visit on the same day, each guest must make a separate NAVER booking. Each regular or gift-certificate guest pays the ₩30,000 per-person deposit under Article 9; membership guests do not pay a separate deposit.
  2. YOONSI is a one-person shop, so two guests are served one after the other, not at the same time.
  3. Companions other than guests with consecutive bookings cannot wait inside the shop.

Article 16 (Pets)

  1. No pet currently lives at the shop.
  2. A guest’s pet may accompany the guest if discussed before the booking.
  3. The guardian must prepare required supplies such as pads and a water bowl. A dog that frequently has accidents must wear a diaper.
  4. Pets that react to outside sounds may disturb the service and rest, so please consider this before bringing one.

Article 17 (Parking)

  1. One small or medium-sized vehicle can parallel park beside the shop’s glass frontage. Tell YOONSI in advance when booking if you will arrive by car and need parking; guidance may be unavailable without prior notice.
  2. Park as close as possible to the shop’s glass frontage so other vehicles can pass.
  3. Do not use the resident-priority spaces across from the shop because of complaint and towing risk.
  4. Follow the parking guide on the Location page for the exact parking position and approach.

Article 18 (Before your visit)

  1. For a water-spa course, YOONSI recommends arriving without washing your hair. This allows the usual scalp and hair condition to be checked and avoids the burden of shampooing again immediately.
  2. Dry Head Spa uses neither water nor shampoo.

Article 19 (Hair-length surcharge for Head Spa)

  1. Except for Dry Head Spa, Head Spa has a surcharge of ₩20,000 for hair near the shoulder blades, ₩30,000 for hair around chest length, and ₩40,000 for hair around waist length.
  2. Except for Dry Head Spa, service may be declined when hair extends below the waist and makes normal treatment difficult.
  3. Dry Head Spa has no hair-length surcharge or length limit.

Article 20 (Payment methods)

Payment is available by card, cash, bank transfer, ZeroPay, SeoulPay, Apple Pay, NAVER QR payment, and Toss FacePay. Checks, foreign currency, and Kakao Pay are not currently accepted.

Chapter 5. Safety

Article 21 (Required safety check)

  1. Optional conversation and preference consultation may be reduced at the guest’s request, but the general guidance and checks needed for safe service are not omitted. Spa-specific items such as lying position, the spa bed, aromas, and hair length apply to Head Spa and Facial Spa guests.
  2. Separate consent is obtained before checking a guest’s health information or using it for an individual safety decision, whether or not the information is stored. After consent, only the minimum items directly needed for safe service are checked, such as fever, a potentially infectious condition, feeling significantly unwell, alcohol consumption, wounds, inflammation, infection or bleeding in the service area, same-day medical treatment of the area, allergies to products used, or a clinician’s advice to rest.
  3. For Head Spa and Facial Spa, the procedure in paragraph 2 also applies to necessary checks such as pregnancy, ability to remain on the back, breathing discomfort while lying down, and suitability of aromas. Hair length is checked as relevant to the course. Guests are asked not to send specific health information through a general inquiry or free-text memo.
  4. Before separate consent, YOONSI does not ask for specific health information or use it for individual decisions, and provides only general safety guidance, schedule changes, or alternatives. If the information needed for safe service cannot be confirmed, the service may be restricted or rescheduled.

Article 22 (Service restriction or schedule change)

  1. Any service may be restricted or rescheduled when safe and comfortable service is difficult because of fever, a potentially infectious condition, feeling significantly unwell, alcohol consumption, inability to maintain the standard service position, inflammation, infection, bleeding or an open wound in the service area, same-day surgery, laser treatment, skin procedure or injection in that area, an allergy or intolerance to products used, or a clinician’s advice to rest during recovery or treatment.
  2. For Head Spa and Facial Spa, this also includes inability to maintain a safe and comfortable position on the spa bed, difficulty lying down for about an hour or breathing while on the back, late pregnancy that makes lying on the back difficult, an aroma allergy or intolerance, and—except for Dry Head Spa—hair below the waist that prevents normal treatment.
  3. For Makeup and Makeup Class, the paragraph 1 items apply when directly relevant to the products, service area, or method used.

Article 23 (Position and aromas)

  1. YOONSI does not provide spa services in a side-lying position.
  2. If an aroma allergy is confirmed within the necessary scope after separate consent, consultation may allow the relevant aroma to be removed, replaced, or—when necessary—all aromas to be omitted.

Chapter 6. Memberships, Gift Certificates, and Coupons

Article 24 (Memberships)

  1. Type 1 costs ₩550,000, is valid for 6 months from issuance, and provides membership pricing.
  2. Type 2 costs ₩1,100,000, is valid for 12 months from issuance, and provides membership pricing, ₩100,000 bonus credit, 10% off add-ons, and 10% off products.
  3. Type 3 costs ₩2,200,000, is valid for 12 months from issuance, and provides membership pricing, ₩200,000 bonus credit, 20% off add-ons, 20% off products, and 50% off hair-length care surcharges.
  4. All membership prices include VAT, and memberships may be shared with family and friends.

Article 25 (Gift-certificate issuance and use)

  1. A specific Head Spa, Facial Spa, Makeup, or Makeup Class course may be gifted, as may a Type 1, 2, or 3 membership.
  2. The standard method is advance payment at the shop and issuance of a physical card. If visiting is difficult, a physical certificate can be delivered for a shipping fee of ₩3,000. A mobile certificate sent by text message can also be issued without a separate visit.
  3. Guests using a physical certificate must bring it on the visit date. Lost physical certificates are difficult to reissue. A mobile certificate can be used after the serial number in the text message is checked. Existing internally recorded certificates are verified against their issuance and usage records.
  4. If the designated course, class, or membership price rises during the validity period, it is still provided without an additional price difference. The certificate may be used for another service of the same price. A price difference is charged when a higher-priced service or add-on is selected.
  5. A single-service gift certificate must be used in full during one visit. Multi-session classes and membership gift certificates with a remaining balance are used according to the applicable sessions or balance and the validity periods in Article 26.
  6. A gift certificate is fully refundable within 7 days of issuance only if it is unused. Refunds are not available after 7 days from issuance.
  7. Gift certificates may be transferred to family or friends for use.

Article 26 (Gift-certificate validity)

  1. A single-service gift certificate is valid for 6 months from issuance. When requested during the final month before its original expiry date, it may be extended once by 1 month from that original expiry date.
  2. The first class using a Makeup Class gift certificate must begin within 6 months of issuance, and all sessions must be completed within 3 months of the first class. These periods apply to classes taken using a gift certificate.
  3. Membership gift certificates are valid from issuance for 6 months for Type 1 and 12 months each for Types 2 and 3.
  4. A certificate extended under paragraph 1 may be used until the extended expiry date. Gift certificates cannot be used after expiry.

Article 27 (Signup coupon)

  1. First-time signup issues a single-use 10% discount coupon valid for one year. A previous shop guest is eligible if this is the guest’s first site signup.
  2. The coupon applies to the regular price of Head Spa, Facial Spa, and standard Makeup services.
  3. It cannot be combined with membership pricing or another coupon and does not apply to classes, products, membership purchases, add-ons, production shoots, or travel services.
  4. At the visit, the guest presents the coupon in the signed-in My Page. YOONSI confirms its validity and availability, applies the discount at payment, and marks it as used.

Chapter 7. Custom Services

Article 28 (Wedding Makeup)

  1. Starting prices for each wedding makeup configuration are:
    • Makeup ONLY, without venue accompaniment: from ₩1,000,000
    • Makeup with venue accompaniment: from ₩1,300,000
    • Hair and makeup ONLY, without venue accompaniment: from ₩2,000,000
    • Hair and makeup with venue accompaniment: from ₩2,500,000
  2. All starting prices include VAT and standard travel within Seoul and Gyeonggi. Hair and makeup configurations also include the external hair artist’s fee. Travel outside Seoul and Gyeonggi, or travel taking 1 hour or more, may incur an additional fee, which is explained separately during booking consultation.
  3. Up to three makeup changes are included for a wedding shoot; additional changes are arranged separately.
  4. Ceremony service covers the couple. Makeup for parents and a separate wedding trial are not offered.

Article 29 (Business Production Makeup)

Makeup for actor and entertainer profiles, pictorials and editorials, broadcast and entertainment programs, and product promotions is available for consultation. Availability and price are confirmed individually after schedule, location, participants, concept, and on-site support are reviewed.

Article 30 (Professional Training)

  1. Consultation is available for Head Spa and Makeup training tailored to the experience and goals of working professionals or people preparing to enter the field.
  2. Training formats, course contents, and fees follow the current information on the Professional Training page. A pre-enrollment interview checks experience, goals, and course suitability. Availability and the detailed schedule are confirmed individually according to shop operations and existing training schedules. An inquiry does not confirm training.
  3. To maintain focused instruction, YOONSI accepts either one individual student for 1:1 training or one team for two-person reciprocal training per month.
