Privacy Notice

1. Information we process and why

YOONSI processes only the information needed to operate this website and shop services:

• Account: email address, required nickname, optional profile photo, account role, signup, email-confirmation and last-login times, and the connected social-login provider and provider identifier.
• Identity verification (optional): legal name and mobile number only when a user completes a separate identity-verification process. These values are encrypted, are not shown to other members, and can be viewed only by the YOONSI owner.
• Benefits and transactions: coupon and gift-certificate serial numbers; issuance, expiry, use, extension and cancellation records; membership credits, deductions, balances and usage history.
• Notifications: title and content, and publication, receipt and read times.
• Anonymous usage records: random session identifier, visited path, referring domain, country code and bot status. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics database.
• Shop customer management: name, contact details, consultation notes, tags, visit dates and notes, and whether a site account is linked. The owner enters these records for consultation, service delivery and history management.

Account information is used for member identification, profile display, login-link delivery, account security, benefits and memberships. Optional identity information is used to confirm shop customers and safely connect services. Notifications deliver information needed by members. Anonymous usage records are used to improve site quality and security. Booking and consultation take place separately through linked external channels such as NAVER Booking, NAVER TalkTalk and Instagram; this site has no inquiry form.

2. Retention and deletion

• Email, nickname, profile links, identity-verification information, social links and login tokens are deleted or replaced with irreversible anonymous values when a member withdraws. A withdrawn account cannot sign in again.
• Coupon, gift-certificate and membership issuance, use and settlement records are separated from direct account identifiers, retained only as needed to prevent duplicate use and fraud, perform rights, resolve disputes and meet legal duties, and then deleted.
• Notification publication records are retained until the operational-history purpose ends. Per-member receipt and read records are deleted at withdrawal.
• Anonymous usage records are automatically deleted 90 days after collection.
• Shop customer and visit records are retained until service-history management ends or a deletion request is handled. Records subject to a legal retention duty are kept separately only for that period.

3. Third-party provision and processors

YOONSI does not sell user information. Login and account-confirmation mail is sent through NAVER Cloud Corp.’s Cloud Outbound Mailer. The recipient address, sender address, subject, body and one-time login URL are processed for delivery. Delivery and error history may remain viewable for up to two months under the service policy. This channel is not used for advertising mail. Available social-login providers are shown on the login screen; no information is sent to a provider the user does not select. Before identity verification is enabled, this notice will identify the actual provider and data items.

After you move to an external channel such as NAVER Booking, NAVER TalkTalk or Instagram, that service’s privacy policy applies. The public site uses Cloudflare, Inc.’s global network for DNS, TLS, CDN and a secure origin connection. Connection and security data—including IP address, browser information, requested URL and time—may be processed outside Korea. YOONSI does not use Cloudflare Web Analytics or RUM. The origin application, database and media are stored in a self-hosted environment in Korea. If mail moves to SENS MAIL, the service name and processing scope will be reviewed and updated.

4. Cookies

YOONSI uses functional cookies for sessions, login continuity, social-login request validation and anonymous visit analysis. It does not use advertising-profiling cookies. Refusing cookies in your browser may limit login and some security features.

5. Your rights

You can correct your profile and email and withdraw your membership directly from My Page. To request other access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal-information processing, use the contact details below. You may also request deletion of shop customer and visit records, which are managed separately from site withdrawal, through an official channel.

6. Security and sensitive consultation details

Access controls and security headers protect account and administration screens. A verified legal name and mobile number are encrypted and can be viewed only with owner permission. The site’s customer-management function remains disabled in the public deployment until its protection gate is complete; this notice also applies to customer and visit records held separately during shop operations. Share allergy or health information needed for safe service only to the extent necessary for consultation.
