Privacy Policy

1. Information we process and why

YOONSI processes only the information needed to operate this website and shop services:

• Account: email address, required nickname, optional profile photo, account role, signup, email-confirmation and last-login times, and the connected social-login provider and provider identifier.
• Benefits and transactions: coupon and gift-certificate serial numbers; issuance, expiry, use, extension and cancellation records; membership credits, deductions, balances and usage history.
• Notifications: title and content, and publication, receipt and read times.
• Anonymous usage records: random session identifier, visited path, referring domain, country code and bot status. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics database.
• Shop customer management, when CRM is enabled: name, contact details, consultation notes, tags, visit dates and notes, and whether a site account is linked. The owner enters these records for consultation, service delivery and history management.

Account, benefit and notification data are processed as needed to form and perform the membership agreement, secure accounts and handle user requests. An optional profile photo, a selected social-login provider and sensitive information are processed based on the user’s choice or separate consent, as applicable. Anonymous usage records are processed only as needed to improve site quality and security. Site accounts are not linked to shop customer records automatically. Booking and consultation take place through linked external channels such as NAVER Booking, NAVER TalkTalk and Instagram; this site has no inquiry form.

2. Retention and deletion

• Email, nickname, profile links, social links and login tokens are deleted or replaced with irreversible anonymous values when a member withdraws. A withdrawn account cannot sign in again.
• Coupon, gift-certificate and membership records are separated from direct identifiers and deleted when their purpose ends. Where Korea’s Electronic Commerce Act applies, advertising records are kept for six months, contract and withdrawal records for five years, payment and supply records for five years, and consumer complaint and dispute records for three years.
• Notification publication records are kept until their operational purpose ends. Per-member receipt and read records are deleted at withdrawal.
• Anonymous usage records are automatically deleted 90 days after collection.
• Shop customer and visit records, when CRM is enabled, are kept for 365 days from the later of registration or the latest visit and are then deleted by a daily job. They may be deleted earlier after a deletion request, withdrawal of consent or completion of purpose. Transaction records subject to a statutory duty are separated and kept only for the required period.

3. Third-party services, processors and overseas processing

YOONSI does not sell user information. Login and account-confirmation mail is entrusted to NAVER Cloud Corp.’s Cloud Outbound Mailer. The recipient and sender addresses, subject, body and one-time login URL are processed in a Korean region. Delivery and error history can be viewed for up to two months and is then deleted under the service policy. This channel is not used for advertising mail. Available social-login providers are shown on the login screen; no information is sent to a provider the user does not select.

After you move to NAVER Booking, NAVER TalkTalk, Instagram or another external channel, that service’s privacy policy applies. DNS, TLS, CDN and security processing needed to deliver the public site are entrusted to Cloudflare, Inc. ([email protected]). When the site is accessed, the connection IP address, browser information, requested URL and time, and security events may be processed through encrypted networks in countries where Cloudflare’s global data centers and subprocessors operate. Global network locations are available on Cloudflare’s network page, and subprocessors are listed in its official subprocessor list. The purposes are site delivery, attack prevention and incident response. The data is processed under the provider’s policy for the service term and until contractual deletion or return is complete. You may refuse this overseas processing by discontinuing use of the site, but the site then cannot be provided. YOONSI does not use Cloudflare Web Analytics or RUM. The origin application, database and media are stored in a self-hosted environment in Korea. If mail moves to SENS MAIL, this notice will be updated before the actual change.

4. Cookies

YOONSI uses functional cookies for sessions, login continuity, social-login request validation and anonymous visit analysis. It does not use advertising-profiling cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s privacy or site-data settings; doing so may limit login and some security features.

5. Your rights

You can update your profile and email or close your account directly from My Page. To request other access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent, use the contact details below. YOONSI will verify the requester and handle the request under applicable law. If a request is limited or refused, YOONSI will explain the reason and how to object. You may request deletion of shop customer and visit records in the same way.

6. Security and sensitive consultation details

Access controls and security headers protect account and administration screens. Site accounts do not collect legal names or mobile numbers. CRM is enabled only in an environment with independent encryption keys, access controls, 365-day automatic deletion and a separate-consent procedure. YOONSI does not request or record pregnancy, allergy, medical-condition or similar health information before separate consent. If a customer volunteers such information, YOONSI does not record the details and provides only general safety guidance; separate consent is obtained first when individualized assessment is needed. After consent, only the minimum information needed for safe service is encrypted and recorded. If the customer does not consent or safety cannot be confirmed, YOONSI may limit the service or suggest an alternative.
